Who we are
Col di Molino is a large farm holiday complex, still in
the process of being set up, on the splendid hills around Gubbio,
situated around a pre-existing nucleus dating end of the XVIIth
century. A highly ambitious project that began taking shape in December
2000. A variety of professional and personal outlooks have resulted
in a dynamic, rigorous and effective organisation, able to successfully
merge well-being and free-time, nature and technology, business
meetings and the pleasures of good food and wine. Coldimolino is
located far from cities and completely immersed in the green Mediterranean
countryside, surrounded by fields, woods and ancient olive groves,
the Coldimolino complex is in the centre of a fauna repopulation
reserve, situated on the top of a pleasant hill, 500 m above sea-level.
This privileged position offers a magnificent view of Gubbio, only
8 km away from our guesthouse. Ii is 5 km from the State Road 298
connecting Gubbio to Assisi, and it is also near other areas of
historical, cultural and natural interest in Umbria, such as Castiglione
del Lago, Città di Castello, Deruta, Norcia, Orvieto, Todi,it
takes 30 minute from Perugia and 2 an a half hours from Rome.
